I have purchased one MI Power Bank 10400 mAh against Order no. DGA3204673
dated 28th May 2015. Which was delivered to me on 2nd June 2015 at 3PM. I was
on tour and could not check its backup on 3rd and 4th June. When, I have
checked its backup after charging 4-5 hours. I was surprised that it’s giving
on 10 min backup for my mobile. I tried again and found same condition.
When I called your customer care compliant , they told me that compliant can’t be register after 48 hrs as per company rule. Kindly understand the problem that I will raise the compliant only when I found and problem in the product. This product is no use for me with 10 min backup.
When I called customer care askmebazaar.com on 04444444444 they have one standard reply that you have to call us within 48 hrs. When I sent e-mails to help@askmebazaar.com they have not replied any e-mail. So, in-responsive company.
After all that I have visited the Mi Xiaomi service station, they told this is a Duplicate Power Bank and not from the Mi.
So, I request all the friends to beware before purchasing anything from askmebazaar.com they are just cheaters selling duplicate products.
