Dear All,

Finally the moment has arrived to say GOOD BYE. Today is my last working

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my seniors who
have helped me grow as a professional. I would also like to
thank all my colleagues for their untiring support & displaying their
faith in me.I have enjoyed my tenure here & I appreciate having had  
the opportunity to work with you.

We have achieved lot of success as a team and I am sure in future also you
all will do well. I hope that I will get a similar team in my future company.
You all have stood by me during my bad times and supported me to come over it.
It was only because of all your support I could achieve all the success.

Triple Filter - ultimate story

Triple Filter 

In ancient India, One day a person met the great Chanakya, and said, "Do you know what I just heard about your friend?"
"Hold on a minute," Chanakya replied.
"Before telling me anything I'd like you to pass a little test.
It's called the Triple Filter Test."
"Triple filter?"
"That's right," Chanakya continued.
"Before you talk to me about my friend, it might be a good idea to take a moment and filter what you're going to say.
That's why I call it the triple filter test.

The first filter is Truth.
Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?"
"No," the man said, "actually I just heard about it and..."
"All right," said Chanakya.
"So you don't know if it's true or not.

Now let's try the second filter, the filter of Goodness.
Is what you are about to tell me about my friend something good?"
"No, on the contrary..."
"So," Chankaya continued, "you want to tell me something bad about him, but you're not certain it's true.

You may still pass the test though, because there's one filter left, the filter of Usefulness.
Is what you want to tell me about my friend going to be useful to me?"
"No, not really."

"Well," concluded chankaya, "if what you want to tell me is neither true nor good nor even useful, why tell it to me at all?"

One day, during an evening class for adults, the psychology Teacher entered the class and told students,
“Let’s all play a game!” “What Game?”
The Teacher asked one of the students to volunteer. A lady Aliza came forward.

The Teacher asked her to write 30 names of most important people in her life on blackboard.
Aliza wrote names of her family members, relatives, friends, her colleagues and her neighbors.

The Teacher told her to erase 3 names that Aliza considered most unimportant.
Aliza erased names of her colleagues.
The Teacher again told her to delete 5 more names. Aliza erased her neighbor's names.
This went on until there were just four names left on the blackboard.
These were names of her mother, father, husband and the only son...

माइक्रोसॉफ्ट के विंडोज ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम के आखिरी वर्जन विंडोज 10 से सभी खुश नजर आ रहे हैं। इसमें जो नए फीचर्स दिए गए हैं उनसे ऐसा लग रहा है कि उसने विंडोज 7 से भी बेहतर ओएस दिया है और विंडोज 8 से यूजर्स के हाथ लगी निराशा को भी दूर कर दिया है। लेकिन! क्या आप जानते हैं कि विंडोज 10 आपकी हर हरकत पर नजर रख रहा है? यानी आपकी जासूसी कर रहा है?

बीजीआर पर छपी रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, माइक्रोसॉफ्ट के 12,000 शब्दों का सर्विस अग्रीमेंट पढ़िए। उसमें लिखा है: अब हम आपके पर्सनल डेटा को ऐक्सेस करेंगे, उसका खुलासा करेंगे और उसे प्रिजर्व करेंगे। इसमें आपका कॉन्टेंट (ईमेल का कॉन्टेंट, दूसरी प्राइवेट बातचीत या फाइल्स भी शामिल होंगे जो प्राइवेट फोल्डर्स में मौजूद हैं। हम ऐसा तब करेंगे जब हमें लगेगा कि:
1. यह कानून का पालन करने या किसी कानूनी प्रक्रिया पर प्रतिक्रिया देने के लिए जरूरी है
2. हमारे उपभोक्ताओं की सुरक्षा के लिए जरूरी है

3. हमारी सुरक्षा सेवाओं को ऑपरेट करने के लिए डरूरी है
4. माइक्रोसॉफ्ट के अधिकार या सम्पत्ति के लिए जरूरी है

3. वेब पर जाएं और https://choice.microsoft.com/en-gb/opt-out खोलें। यहां से आप 'पर्सनलाइज्ड ऐड इन दिस ब्राउजर' और 'माइक्रोसॉफ्ट अकाउंट पर पर्सनलाइज्ड ऐड्स' को ऑफ कर दें। इससे माइक्रोसॉफ्ट का गूगल जैसा ऐड ट्रैकिंग फीचर बंद हो जाएगा।
